There has been a new development regarding the remake of the classic Splinter Cell, the first game of the popular secret agent Sam Fisher. In the summer of 2022, game development company Ubisoft announced that the popular stealth game Splinter Cell's first game would be remade from scratch and that the beloved character Sam Fisher would be coming to the new generation.

Along with the announcement, a photo of Sam Fisher was shared for his 20th anniversary. Now, a post that could be considered a development has been shared from Ubisoft's official Belgian account.

The Splinter Cell Remake development team at Ubisoft has said that they embrace secrecy about the game's development process, but that they are moving with great care to develop gameplay mechanics that will satisfy players. Therefore, we have not yet seen any concrete images, videos, or information about the game beyond concept art. The fact that the image shared on the 20th anniversary of the game was re-shared on the Ubisoft Belgian account yesterday is seen by commentators as a sign that information will be shared about the game soon.

Perhaps there is information circulating that we may see a small teaser or a new image. Players are also eager to get information about another remake that Ubisoft has left us in great curiosity, Prince of Persia: Sands of Time.
